Cyprus recently launched an initiative to increase their use of renewable energy in an effort to keep up with the rest of the European Union. Our client, Phileleftheros, one of the largest media companies in Greece and Cyprus, wanted to emerge on the forefront of this initiative and sought to develop a groundbreaking building that defined the country’s movement in the direction of sustainable construction.
