Another Manhattan office building has recently become Energy Star Certified! The
215,000 SF building performed well on its initial Energy Star rating and with some
help from building system improvements the Energy Star score surpassed the 75
mark. EP Engineering verified and validated the Portfolio Manager data and
submitted the application to EPA. After a round of questions from the EPA, the 1923
building was granted its first Energy Star certification. We look forward to continuing
to re-certify the building next year.
