The Grove was a new, out of the ground mixed use facility. The project is a 5-story, 24 unit property with multiple retail spaces covering 34,000 square feet. EP Engineering provided full design and CA services for HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and Plumbing
