SAFRA National Bank is a private international banking provider offering a range
of services to meet the needs of “high net worth” individuals and their businesses.
The project scope included renovating the existing 2nd floor of 546 5th Avenue,
and construct new oce spaces on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the neighboring
building 550 5th Avenue. SAFRA’s existing offices and Data Center in 546 5th
Avenue will move into the newly renovated spaces. The two buildings will have a
passage between them on the 2nd floor. EP Engineering is proud to have
provided a complete engineering solution for this project; Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm and Telecommunications.
