EP Engineering designed the MEP systems for the 5-story mixed use development in an up and coming area of Jersey City. The 40,000 square foot facility consists of (32) residential units, (2) ground floor retail spaces and a (15) space heated parking garage. Residences occupy the second through fifth floors, with the retail spaces and parking garage on the ground floor. The MEP systems include packaged terminal air conditioning units (PTACs), central exhaust systems, central hot water heating plant, new electrical service and plumbing services.
