Working alongside Fahey Design-Build, EP Engineering recently designed a new retail location for one of New York City’s premier artisanal coffee shops, Bluestone Lane. This location, at the 37th street side of 1375 Broadway in Manhattan, would be the first Bluestone Lane coffee shop designed by EP Engineering. We have since designed five more, spanning from New York City, to Westchester, NY, to Washington D.C.
