The EBX group is one of the largest investment companies in South America. They are committed to the growth of Brazil, as evidenced by their investments in energy, mining and real estate throughout the country. This project involved a high end office space renovation for their new US headquarters. We implemented a custom controls solution, which involved retrofitting existing fan coil unit controls with new controllers that would sequence the perimeter fan coil units with the overhead air distribution (VAV). End result was a much higher level of control of the end user’s environment. · With our trademark meticulous survey work, we were able to coordinate very aggressive ceiling heights given the existing conditions in the plenum space.
