The French designer Phillippe Starck said in a radio interview with France Info that he is working with Apple on a “revolutionary” new product that will be unveiled within the next 8 months. He gave no hint at what the product might be. He said he met regularly with former Apple CEO Steve Jobs before his death last October. — forbes.com

Yes, we need Apple's products to be designed by a dude who's design sells at target.
sameolddoctor:
1. whose
2. his design is able to reach the masses via target.
The real Apple TV. What else would it be?
Oh, a yacht...

don't hate on Target, they have had some really great designers grace their isles over the years - Michael Graves, Sami Hayek just off the top of my head and yes I bought their target stuff it was rad. Is it so bad for the masses to get to appreciate a bit of design now and again? Remind them there's more out there than wicker chairs and plastic vinyl closet organizers.
Its an Apple house. Shaped like a cube. Completely self-sufficient, energy water waste. And instead of outlets there are only UnPPs USBs and Corning glass walls/displays that double as Powermats.
apple goggles? vs google goggles?
I hate target because 99% of everything in there is made in China.
Yes, Target has its own place for the consumer, but I would hate to see apple products being designed like Target products.
