Over the years Peter Noever re-established the Vienna-Los Angeles connection via the purchase of Schindler designed properties and setup a well managed and curated art and architecture platform named the MAK Center at the Schindler House.
Peter Noever, also an architect, has fostered some close friendships in the elite architecture community of Los Angeles. He was an honoree of SCI Arc in 2001 for his contributions towards 'bringing art and architecture together.' He served as a bridge between two cities, setting up connections, connections and connections.
Peter Noever is a self and otherwise promoter and a catalyst. His career is dotted with personal anecdotes and often regarded by the street buzz that 'he has an access to tons of money and his most potent product is curatorial power.' Dennis Hopper, the late actor and an American friend said "he has a little pit bull in him."
