Web site of 40 Bond, Ian Schrager's new luxury apartments designed by Herzog & de Meuron, shows a movie. Ian sez; "now, more than ever, I feel the status quo is unacceptable."
Yours truly is still pondering what he meant...
Anyway, watch the movie and see the status quo busting condos, da flick.

The graffiti thing *really* bugs me, I can't wait to see it get tagged all to hell and back.
the whole project is pathetic
what a waste of money
They look fine to me. Just a generic condo design - really nothing to them. Now why they'd bother with that horrible animation is beyond me. Renderings are very nice, though (obviously one is by the architects, they other pro renderers).
I hope H&M got some bucks for selling their name and put it to good use somewhere else.
well, it appears to be much nicer than where i'm living...maybe i should buy in
What's the name of that song as soundtrack to the video?
It's Goldfrapp "Number 1" off the newest Supernature record. This was like a 3rd rate music video for them. And I agree with the graffiti comment. People who can afford to buy these don't exactly draw inspiration from the streets.
