i don't know the name randall stout but, if he's not a former F.O.G.'er, this proposal is an undisguised lift.
You guys got it. looks like he was a Gehry-protégé.
he was a gehry protege and he will probably say it doesnt look any thing like gehry ! but cant hate he already has most of the funding !
