Pamela Steiner has posted photos of the Inversion House to the image gallery.
Havel and Ruck will create a large funnel-like vortex beginning from the west wall adjacent to Montrose Blvd. The exterior skin of the houses will be peeled off and used to create the narrowing spiral as it progresses eastward through the small central hallway connecting the two buildings and exiting through a small hole into an adjacent courtyard.

Ooooooooooh, that is soooo awesome!!!
It really sucks you in - like a mid-explosion moment. Beautiful....I want to do that to my own money-sucking under construction house project now...architecture sucks, indeed.
it's still standing as of Wednesday the 29th..for anyone in the area wanting to see it. It was supposed to be demolished by early June, so I guess it will be up a little longer...Plus if you go, you can buy a really cool t'shirt of it:)
