PROJECT DESCRIPTION:   The site is at the interface between urban scale street and residential area. I focused on how to make the design as a buffer between the two scales and at the same time combine the two kinds of urban texture according to public and private function.

The lower three floors are designed as urban scale and dedicated to public use such as exhibition and shops. The upper floors overlap the residential scale to create private spaces for official and educational use.
