Project Overview
202 Metro at 202 W. Berry Street is renovated into a modern mixed-use building, located in the heart of the Harrison Street Corridor in downtown Fort Wayne.
The renovation includes retails on the first floor, office space on 2-6 floor, luxury residential condominiums on the 7th and 8th floors, and a roof deck garden which is designed to be opened to the tenants.
The roof deck garden is designed to accommodate barbecue, dining and relax space for the tenants. The different functions inherently divide the roof deck into mainly two parts, one is more public and the other tends to be more quiet and private.
