Project Overview
The mixed-use tower is a speculative response to an RFP along the riverfront in downtown Fort Wayne bounded by Superior Street to the South, Harrison Street to the west, Calhoun Street to the east, and Headwaters Park to the north. Parking spaces will be available for residents, commercial tenants, and visitors to downtown Fort Wayne in the connected parking garage being developed in the southeast corner of the site.
