Project Overview
The North River Development is a speculative response to an RFP, which is a mixed-use area including hotel, medical, office, residential, and retail. The master plan emphasized on the axis leading to the St. Marys River, whose bank will be a paved stepped down area for entertainment and relax. This plan brings activities and energy to the riverside and embraces a new life style along with the river near the downtown Fort Wayne area.

Location: Fort Wayne, IN, US
My Role: Master Plan Assisted in drafting the master plan and made map overlay. Rendering Modeled the exterior elements of the site, including building, plaza, and landscape, etc. Rendered different views in Lumion, including any afterwards Photoshop work.
