4500 square foot restaurant at LAX in Terminal 7. Interpreted and incorporated franchisee designer's design into this tenant space. Franchisee designer was EDG Design. Did all of the back of house design based on prototype provided. In addition to this design, I did most of the architectural, interior and food equipment documentation, plus pulled both building and health department permits. I also handled 95% of the construction administration while doing several other jobs concurrently. Due to the low ceiling, lounge space above, and office space below, this was a very difficult project. This was work I did while at Ripbang (see resume and project history list for further details).
