Prepared designs for OTG Management's winning RFP package for two food courts each with larger fast casual restaurant and market. As design director for OTG Management, I attended all of the initial rfp meetings with OTG's team as well as worked closely with OTG's CEO developing concepts and designs. Work was delegated to a team of four people in my office who helped select materials and generated models for the render-er Kirk Fromm to work with and trace over.
