New concept and fit out for fast casual dining location featuring gourmet sandwiches and fresh soups. Scope of work included both front of house and back of house design including all food equipment, furniture and finish selections. Design features include integrated food and soup display in detailed millwork, decoratively lit by murano glass fixtures at the sales counters and throughout the space.
This work was done at the old firm I owned. I led the design and production team plus did most of the C.A.
