With over 20+ years of experience as an architect, interior and food equipment designer implementing and developing concepts for companies like Sodexo, OTG Management, the Compass Group and Delaware North Companies, I bring an unique and demonstrated skill set to the table for both the front and back of the house design with a full understanding of both aesthetics and operations.
As an associate, owner and principal in different companies, I've worn many hats and have had a variety of responsibilities. I've ran projects, teams of workers, and coordinated consultants plus have done all aspects of a job from contract negotiation through post project close-out including design, documentation, permitting, bid negotiations and construction administration. So as something of a generalist, I can be plugged into a project during any phase and serve whatever function is most needed.
PLEASE NOTE: In addition to food service work, during the beginning of my career I worked on a number of movie theaters, nursing & assisted care facilities and residences, both single family and multi-residential. I've also worked on a large public school project, several industrial buildings, live music venues and a few other building types. Unfortunately, I do not have photography for most of these other projects.

Oversaw all food service projects for the Delaware North Companies that involved construction
documentation, MEP coordination, and construction administration. Did all design on these projects too.
•Developed all local LADBS and DHS details
•Developed all CADD standards
•Got approvals and clearances from all local agencies for City of Los Angeles projects
•Prior to this work ,oversaw staff, construction documentation, MEP coordination for projects at the Amway Center in Orlando, Fl.

In charge of all design documentation and construction documentation as both project manager and
