328 S. 16th St- Apartments

I own 2 small apartment building in the Philadelphia area. The one downtown near Rittenhouse Square, was built in approx 1865. It was gutted in the 1940's and split into 5 apartments with efficiency kitchens and pink tiled bathrooms. Over the course of ten years, I gutted all of the apartments turning it into a four apartment building instead. In the largest apartment, attic space was reclaimed, a dormer added as well as a third floor on the rear of the property with a roof deck looking at the city. The attached photographs are of the living and dining room spaces of this 1200 sf unit. These obviously are not professional shots. The exposed beams are the original floor joists. The lay-in ceiling in the kitchen is stainless steel.
