New roboyata grill concept by Iron Chef Morimoto at LAX. Starting with a concept and finishes from Thomas Schoos design, I reinterpreted it and made it work with this specific tenant space in terminal 5. I provided design for both front and back of house. Back of house was an adaption of preliminary kitchen plans by Morimoto's food service designer. In addition to doing all of this design, and the vast majority of the documentation for architecture, interiors and food equipment, I also did building and health department permitting as well as the vast majority of construction administration. This was work I did while at Ripbang (see resume and project history list for further details).
