In response to Monterey Bay Aquarium's RFP for a new food service consultant, our proposal for DNC with Food Network blew out the walls of the existing facility to give the servery and dining areas greater visibility plus restore the view and connection to the bay. Work included design, graphics, and preliminary equipment design. I was in charge of both the front of house and back of house designs, including finish selections to make sure the proposed design was operational, and sustainable.  I was not involved in signage or branding which was done by another principal in the office. This was work I did  while at Ripbang (see resume and project history list for further details).
