Unbuilt project in Philadelphia for Tower Investments with Terry Brennan as chef consultant. Project was taken through design development and into preliminary CD's. Food concept was cheese and wine flights, and new modern French cuisine. Design concept and brand identity was inspired by Henri Matisse's decoupage series of prints. I oversaw the design process managing three other people including junior personal who provided design, 3D documentation, rendering and documentation support
