Planning and design for a new student center including dining facilities, recreation spaces, classrooms, faculty offices, convenience store, large multi-purpose space, and 120-seat theater.  The building is located in historic St. Augustine immediately adjacent to the Ponce de Leon, Flagler College’s main building and originally one of Henry Flagler’s luxurious and fantastically detailed Spanish Renaissance Revival hotels from 1889.  The Student Center design passed the most stringent of architectural compatibility reviews by both the City of St. Augustine and its residents.
