Part of the Saraya Aqaba Resort, the residential areas are distributed into nine different zones, each with its own particular character, ranging
from luxury villas through semi-detached bungalows, to apartments of one to three-bed capacity in the residential buildings. A style reminiscent
of traditional Arabian neighborhoods has been adopted, with narrow paved streets, shading structures and alleys.
Each residential zone forms part of an integrated community, sitting within a themed and planned environment with private common facilities:
gardens, piazzas, fountains and pools. There, water has been used in abundance alongside landscaping to create lush, relaxing spaces,
replete with plants, scents and colors, open only to the residents of the zone.
All zones are minutes away from the entertainment, restaurants and nightlife that Saraya Aqaba offers its residents; the Water Park in the day,
the hotels, the Old City and the Wharf at night. These facilities are not sitting in the middle of a bustling city, but in a calm, controlled environment,
where security, unobstructive and discreet, watches 24 hours a day over the privacy and safety of the residents and their guests.
This high level of appointment is also reflected in the level of technical services which Saraya Aqaba offers, from centralized utilities, roundthe-
clock maintenance, efficient garbage collection and cleaning; all of these have been integrated right at the start of the design process, to
ensure that they function seamlessly for the service of tenants.
