Abdali Central Market Place

Description of Project
Located at the heart of the Abdali new downtown, the Central Market Place, the natural continuation of the Boulevard, is situated along the
pedestrian spine which links the high-rise sector at the west side to the piazza of the civic pole at the eastern part. It is a mixed use development
combining elements of residential, leisure, retail and entertainment in an upscale environment. Designed in accordance with international
standards as an ideal regional modern commercial complex, it will be composed of two major components: a low-rise retail and entertainment
complex and a high-rise residential tower with health club amenities. The central market place is integrated in the urban fabric of the new
downtown, avoiding an architecture of commercial box, participating in the urban composition of the whole project by its gates, open and
covered piazzas and streets and insuring a continuity in the pedestrian network.
