Doha Hills

When completed, the Doha Hills project will represent the largest private housing development undertaken in Lebanon. The 32-apartment
buildings, which make up the residential aspect of the project, will form an urban agglomeration in themselves, and this magnitude is reflected
in the extent of urban planning incorporated. Controlled access points, an internal road network intertwined within the buildings and a sense
of individual privacy are all blended into the sloped site overlooking the Mediterranean. 500 apartments, a country club, shopping facilities,
extensive landscaped areas add up to a privileged living environment, while all infrastructure services (water supply, water treatment, storm
water, fire fighting, sewage, electrical and communications networks) are self-sufficient and integrated for the whole project.
The first phase of the project (200 apartments) which has been almost completely sold, has already become a reference address in the city
as an example of refined suburban residence.
