Cap Juby

Cap Juby (phase 1) is a unique mixed-use development ideally located in a sandy bay caught between the Atlantic Ocean and the Moroccan
desert.
Inspired by the rich history of the area, a whole new city where Andalusia and Morocco meet in a mix of modern and traditional architectural
styles emerges from sand dunes: the residential area with its villas, three 3 and 5-star hotels, and restaurants offer the residents luxurious
settings all year around and one can enjoy both water and desert activities such as water skiing, surfing, diving, horse riding, camel riding,
bicycle, plane rides...
This project was awarded first prize in the residential category at the 2008 Cityscape Competition in Abu Dhabi.
