Congratulations go out to the Township of South Orange Village and Vose Avenue Apartments Urban Renewal, LLC! Within the heart of downtown South Orange and close to the historic rail station, MHS Architects designed a delicate, thoughtful pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use multifamily building that is consistent with the downtown’s rich architectural history and reflects the views, values, and vision for the Township of South Orange Village. The architecture could be characterized broadly as a reinterpretation of traditional architectural patterns and delivers 110 residential units, 12,000 sf of retail space, 10,000 sf of office space, and 205 parking spaces.
