Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects has elevated Paula Rocha to Interior Design Director as a licensed Associate in the firm. For the past 18 years, Paula has provided architecture and interior design services for single-family, multifamily, and commercial spaces in New York and New Jersey. Paula joined Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects in 2016 where her focus has been architectural interiors for transit-oriented mixed-use multifamily developments. Paula has been building the company’s Interior Design portfolio and leading the interiors studio of talented designers to produce relevant and contemporary interiors using various 3D animation techniques.

With a thorough understanding and knowledge base of interior design, Paula has been developing design solutions for multiple concurrent projects from concept through construction drawings. Paula collaborates with all team members, principals, and consultants to ensure design intent is carried through construction drawings and all material/FF&E selections, schedules, and budgets set realistic expectations.
