Gulls Cove is the first high-rise structure completed in the highly acclaimed “New Urban” community of Liberty Harbor North and is immediately adjacent to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail stop in Jersey City. Modern metal cornices define the 430 residential units and 400 parking spaces are uniquely concealed within the structure. A rich stone base delineates the lower level of Gulls Cove’s 18,000 square foot retail space which embraces shops and restaurants.
