Guided Tour of 88 Regent, Jersey City

Brian Murray of Grand Street Construction provided MHS Architects with a guided tour of our recently completed project, 88 Regent. 88 Regent holds a prominent position within the Jersey City skyline and has undoubtedly become the most desirable place to live in Liberty Harbor North. MHS employees participated and observed 88 Regent’s exciting design process through to the successful and impressive construction of these amenity-filled 32 stories.

This signature transit-oriented mixed-use multifamily maximizes views of Lower Manhattan by creating setbacks on the upper levels giving each unit a window facing the World Trade Center. The 12-story base matches the height of the adjacent buildings and then the amenity floor sets back to reveal a clear distinction between the base and tower.
