This 482-unit rental building, developed by SILVERMAN with The Albanese Group as asset manager, will include 121 parking spaces and 14,000 square feet of amenity space. The seven-story base brings to the neighborhood a 125-seat theater on the ground floor and an outdoor amenity deck with pool area.
