7 Seventy House

7 Seventy House, developed by Bijou Properties and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, is the newest Hoboken destination. Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, this transit-oriented mixed-use multifamily development encourages public transportation ridership while advancing environmental, social, and economic sustainability goals of Hoboken. 7 Seventy House accomplishes this by incorporating stormwater management systems, by creating new public spaces and a pedestrian plaza as social destinations, featuring architectural design elements that maximize air and light, and by creating a safer environment by installing vehicle calming features. A distinct destination has been created while preserving the character and enhancing the quality of life in Hoboken, New Jersey.

Only one block from transit, 7 Seventy House features two amenity decks highlighting Manhattan views with a 768 sf pool, BBQs, synthetic turf lawns, bocce courts, gardens, and terrace seating. Within the building, residents can enjoy a two level open 1,330 sf fitness area, a 1,300 sf game room, a 455 sf flex room, a 1,154 sf clubroom, a dog washing station, a package room, 2,775 bike storage area and multiple vehicle charging stations.

7 Seventy House showcases a two-acre public park and pedestrian plaza situated above a 450,000-gallon stormwater detention system. This impressive sustainable solution continues to help strengthen Hoboken’s flood proofing resiliency.
