Nine on the Hudson is a new 278-unit luxury condominium which derives its form from its location at the edge of the Hudson River. The saw tooth V-form plan is designed to maximize direct views to Manhattan from all of the interior units. The south wing steps down to the river at a precise angle to allow sunlight to the pool deck and provides for expansive green terraces with unparalleled Manhattan views.  Nine’s distinctive architectural form playfully communicates with BIG’s VIA and Enrique Norten’s Mercedes House on Manhattan’s west side symbolically connecting Nine on the Hudson with its neighbors across the street, or in this case the river.
