Yangzhou Jiangguang Science Innovation Financial Center is a mixed-use master planning development, initiated by the client China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd (CIMC) in 2018. The project included the design of 1 government office building, 2 office towers (above 100m), 6 office buildings (below 100m), 6 Headquarter offices (below 20m), 2 retails complex, 3 residential towers, and 1 substation facility. Total site area takes up to 97,279 sqm, with a plot ratio of 2.70 and building coverage of 36%. Total gross floor area is 460,900 sqm, with total FAR-counted floor area of 264700 sqm and Non-FARcounted floor area (underground) of 200,213 sqm. 

My primary part in this project is the preparation of detailed drawing set of P7-8 & T3, a parcel of interconnected podium retail complex and one office tower, including a sunken plaza and basement parking. Meanwhile, I have been assigned to be the coordinator of drawings with Yangzhou local design institute and provide extra supports for the documentation on other buildings in this project.
