Hengqin Science Park is a master planning and architectural design competition, initiated in 2017. The planning was divided into 2 parcels: North parcel-Ai Valley & Science Innovation Centre, & South parcel- Biomedical center & Big data center. North parcel total area is 998,873 sqm, containing 2 landmark office towers, 7 headquarter office towers, 1 hotel, 6 apartment buildings, multiple conference centers and retails podium. South parcel total area is 982,004sqm, containing 2 landmark office towers, 6 headquarter office towers, 1 hotel, 5 apartment buildings, multiple labs and training center. 

A few principles have been set up throughout this master planning: 1). Courtyard and Colonnade, 2). Skyline Platforms, Vertical Circulation, 3). Power Line to Connect All Parcels, 4). Vertical Green- Sky Gardens, 5). Sharing Modern Working Environment and 6). Mixed Use Vibrant City Centre.

 My primary scope in this scheme is massing concept planning design and area control according to design brief, architectural design and 3d modeling of headquarters towers, hotels and labs and complete the presentation PowerPoint.
