Hysan Shanghai Lee Garden A&A is the first project of Hong Kong Developer Hysan in China and it involves renovating an existing building, known as Shanghai Century Place into a Grade A complex with office, retail spaces, and luxury hospitality amenities. Hassell's vision integrates Hysan's corporate identity with the rich urban fabric, blending contemporary design with the historical essence of the area. The concept is to infuse Shanghai's historical charm into the overall building language and the revamped podium facade, creating a new urban cultural anchor.

This extensive project includes a range of services such as architectural, landscape, and interior design consulting, as well as overseeing lighting and signage solutions. The development is divided into two phases: Phase 1 focuses on the Office Tower A&A, while Phase 2 is dedicated to the Podium A&A. Each phase consists of four key stages, from Concept Design to Construction, with a significant emphasis on the architectural renovation of the entire podium structure during Phase 2.
