Shenzhen Pingxi Station concept design is an interior design project initated by Guangzhou Metro Design Institute as part of the construction of Shenzhen City Rail Transportation Line 3. Pingxi Station has three levels, and this project is responsible of the interior of the corresponding ticket hall and platform level at their bottom two levels. Total design area includes ticket hall of 3288 sqm and waiting platform of 1177 sqm. The Project is built and will be opened by the end of 2024.

On March 2021, it has been announced that SGA has won Pingxi station project, and move on to technical design in coming months. As project coordinator, my slope of work in this project includes concept design of 3 options, design development in coordination with engineers from Shenzhen metro local design institute, 3d modeling of all opinions, development of the majority of floor plans, sections and details till schematic design, inhouse visualization, coordinate meeting with LDI and suppliers, and completing the schematic design presentation.
