Silver Star Motors’ new pre-owned Mercedes-Benz dealership is located within The Silver Star, a new 85-unit, luxury rental apartment high-rise, mixed-use retail/residential tower. Montroy DeMarco Architecture, LLP served as the Design Architect for the entire residential building and new car dealership located at 36th Street and Northern Boulevard in Long Island City. MDALLP had the privilege to work with Silver Star Motors in developing and designing the 135,000 SF mixed-use building.
