The 470,000 SF, 47-story office tower is located in Manhattan’s Financial District. Montroy DeMarco Architecture redesigned the exterior entranceway, elevator banks and the lobby; which is now a through-block lobby from Broad Street to New Street. The lobby's cafe was renovated, enlarged and incorporated into the lobby design.
