New York, NY
The pre-builts at 100 William Street included flexible meeting rooms with integrated technology as opposed to dedicated office space, collaborative breakout spaces in lieu of fixed workstations, and high-end, social pantries to encourage employee interaction. The 8th floor is an example of how the workplace can and should respond to new company policies and needs post-pandemic. Instead of favoring density, this new design approach favors quality, collaboration, and office amenities to attract employees back to the workplace.
