Lavazza, Italyís favorite coffee, asked our interior design affiliate, Montroy Andersen DeMarco to work with their Italian creative team: Studio ACD Architetti, to design and build a new 14,000 SF office and showroom at 120 Wall Street. Using Lavazza’s standards and products the new office features an open plan with glass office fronts, wood floors, cloud type ceiling elements and a large inviting showroom that displays their products. The space also has (3) terraces overlooking the East River, Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.
