For our interior design affiliate, MADGI's existing office, we created a 7,500-square-foot space that is an open, multi-functional architectural studio and meeting place. Exposed ductwork, natural light and concrete floors finished with polyurethane form a contemporary industrial aesthetic.
White workstations are built around a central spine of cabinetry, with counters that provide additional storage and display areas. Beyond an executive conference room, corner public spaces and a kitchen with an eating and work area offer venues for informal information sharing.
