A new architect has been selected for the Topography of Terror in Berlin. In 1992, the new Foundation resolved to build a visitor and documentation center on the site of the government district of the National Socialist SS and Police State between 1933 and 1945. AnArchitecture reports that the new project was won by Heinle, Wischer und Partner, replacing the Peter Zumthor project already under construction.
