A new porch and gazebo are added to a 19th century townhouse in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The aim is to provide a sustainable, low-cost structure that would allow for extra space for reading and contemplating the existing garden. The design approach is minimun and composed of modulated parts enabling a fast assemblying process during construction.
