A mid-20th century house with a modern touch is renovated to become a fashion store. Design highlights include the concrete canopy and the Ipanema-like sidewalk pattern, which is prolonged into the store. Other playful elements are the existing cast iron downspouts which generate a bike rail and the exterior signage. The interiors carry the same airy atmosphere, earthy and organic finishes used in the exterior.
