The design includes the lobby and common areas at a high-end residential building in Tribeca. The overall approach is to maintain the loft feel, so common in this neighborhood. The spaces are airy and display raw-looking materials, predominantly exposed concrete and natural wood. The main feature of the lobby is a glass bridge which connects to the corridors to the apartments. Other highlights include the stainless steel box-like fireplace and the floating concierge desk. Slatted wood screens are used on the perimeter walls and expand towards the garden terraces.
