This flagship store located on 5th Avenue, in the heart of Manhattan's Flatiron District, marks the return of the Esprit brand to the United States. The 10,000sq ft space carries a cutting-edge design that incorporates various elements of its landmarked building, such as vaulted ceilings, arched windows and cast iron columns. The existing mezzanine was removed to allow for two-story height fitting rooms and a loft-like atmosphere. Other highlights include four bold, large custom installations featuring the Esprit logo and a 18ft wall of slumped mesh and glass. Such elements enhance the sculptural and classic forms of the Esprit clothing line.

After the completion of the flagship, a series of mall stores were designed. Although simplified versions of the main design, these stores carry the same airy feeling and minimal sharp lines used for loose fixtures and perimeter walls. The red Esprit entrance portico is a signature.
